As a manufacturer of dosing systems and components, Alltech Dosieranlagen GmbH develops, produces and sells standardized dosing systems and dosing systes tailored to customer requirements for a wide variety of industries.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a

Office Management Assistant – Financial Accounting and Controlling (m/f/d)

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training in the commercial field (office management assistant – financial accounting and controlling, assistant tax consultant).
  • You work with MS Office 365 and have good knowledge of ECXEL.
  • Ideally, you have experience with an ERP system (e.g. ABAS) and document management systems.
  • You are characterised by reliability and an independent working style.

Your tasks:

  • Preparatory payroll accounting
  • Accounts payable/receivable accounting
  • Advance sales tax returns
  • Preparation of tax-relevant documents
