To strengthen our construction team of 3 employees at our location in Weingarten near Karlsruhe, we are looking for a

Team Leader Construction and Development (m/f/d)

Your profile:

• You have a degree or vocational training and further training as a mechanical engineering technician/designer
• Several years of professional experience in design and development, ideally in the field of dosing technology or water/wastewater treatment
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Sound knowledge of CAD systems (INVENTOR) and other relevant software applications (e.g. ABAS ERP)
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills

Your tasks:

• Management and further development of the design team
• Planning, coordination and realisation of development projects
• Optimisation of existing products and development of new products in the field of dosing technology
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Close cooperation with production, sales and other departments
• Monitoring and controlling the project budget and project schedules
• Supporting the sales department with technical questions and customer enquiries
